"Basic Rights Workshop" Come and learn how to be a more effective partner with the school; about eligibility for special education; and how to plan, make decisions, and monitor the educational progress of your child.
This workshop is presented by the Federation for Children with Special Needs. It is designed to provide families with an introduction/review of their rights and responsibilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA); Massachusetts Special Education Law; and No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
